I have been cooking brownies and chocolate cake since I was 9 years old. I am now happily married. Though it is comforting to be able to count on my dependable desserts, such as carrot cakes, pecan pies,tiramisu, and an ever expandable collection of favorites, I must confess that new projects on desserts I have never tried before add an extra spice to my baking experience.
